  • Tools and resources for you to download to enhance your experience during the journey

After the pre-journey information and first assignment, your journey will continue with more assignments, check-ins, assessments, resources, etc for the next 365 days!

The group will serve as your support system as we help guide and empower each other towards self-acceptance. Beautiful U Journey is designed to support you in your efforts to silence that inner critic and implement strategies to a better, more fullfiling life.

We provide you with the tools, you implement the practice, and we are here to support you the whole time. We are here to lift you up, keep you going, and remind you how beautiful you truly are.
